Water Changes
Here are the steps to doing a successful water change. Follow the steps below and you shouldn't experience any problems.
1. Add chlorine conditioner to the tap water you plan on adding to your tank (always use the recommended amount).
2. Wait 15-30 minutes for the water to culture.
3. Use your siphoning tube to suction out 25% or 50% of the water in your aquarium. Use a bucket to contain the old water and always have a few towels ready, just in case a spill were to occur.
5. Wipe off any algae build-up on the side of your tank with a damp paper towel or wash rag.
